• Permanent sourcing support for 3-18 months
• Simultaneous sourcing for a max. of 8-12 vacancies (can be extended to a max. of 100 vacancies simultaneously)
• The sourcing vacancies can be exchanged at random each month
• Briefing with the responsible recruiting officer or specialist department
• Pre-sourcing assessment of the candidate market
• Sourcing and direct contact with the candidates
