- Permanent sourcing support for 3-18 months
- Simultaneous sourcing for a max. of 8-12 vacancies (can be extended to a max. of 100 vacancies simultaneously)
- The sourcing vacancies can be exchanged at random each month
- Briefing with the responsible recruiting officer or specialist department
- Pre-sourcing assessment of the candidate market
