Procedure

• Performance period: from commissioning through to successful hiring
• Briefing with the specialist department / recruiting officer (approx. 15-minute phone call or written briefing)
• Analysis of the candidate market before the search
• Sourcing and direct contact with candidates
• 1st call with the candidates (interview, job marketing, personality check, generate CVs)
• Send CVs and exposés to the client
• Support when scheduling interviews
• Close advisory process support for both companies and candidates
• Regular follow-ups & catch-up calls with reports on the search status
